Why does my fingerprint not work properly with the smart door lock or the lock sometimes fail to unlock?

Why won't my door lock?
Please check if 'Passage Mode' is enabled in the APP. This mode keeps the door unlocked and prevents locking. If not enabled, you can set the Auto-Lock feature (5-60s) in the APP settings.

How do I grant fingerprint access to others on my smart door knob?
Please open the APP and go to the Fingerprint settings. Select either Permanent, Recurring, or Timed access mode. Then fully scan the user's fingerprint. The fingerprint can only be used after successful confirmation in the APP.

Will my fingerprint be uploaded? I value my privacy greatly.
We take personal privacy very seriously! All fingerprint data is stored locally in your mobile APP, and It won't be uploaded to any cloud.

What notification will l receive when the battery is low?
After successfully unlocking via fingerprint and mobile APP (the buzzer beeps once, and the fingerprint reader flashes green then red), when you unlock the device through the mobile APP, you will receive a push notification with a low battery warning
